Why onion and garlic is not considered vegetarian?

The thing is of the time of sea churning. When the nectar came out of the sea churning, the gods and demons began to sneeze in drinking the nectar. Then Lord Mohan, Lord Vishnu, confused the demons with the intention of nourishing the Gods, started distributing nectar.
When a monster named Rahu suspected Mohini, he secretly changed the defection in the lines of the gods. Vishnu as Vichit Vichanding Mohini, also did not know the monster and also gave him nectar.
But on recognizing the immediate sun and moon, Lord Vishnu separated the head of that monster from the Sudarshan Chakra. As soon as the head was cut, some drops of nectar fell down from the mouth of the monster with blood, which produced onions and garlic. Due to the birth of nectar, onions and garlic are the diseases and life-threatening. But because of the mixture of monstrous blood it has added monstrous qualities. By consuming them the body is as strong as the monsters. They excite excitement, anger, violence, unrest and sin.
That's why it has been considered as demonic food. Even after being a painter and life partner, it enhances sin and corrupts the intellect and gives birth to unrest. Therefore, the use of onions and garlic as impure is not used in their religious activities and the gods and goddesses are not allowed to enjoy them.
